Originally from the Algarve, Alex trained in Sydney and graduated top of his class. He spent years working alongside physiotherapists and sports medicine doctors before returning home to bring that clinical standard back with him.
He holds a BSc in Sports Science and is one of the few therapists in Portugal certified as a full-body Active Release Technique (ART)® practitioner, covering spine, upper limbs and lower limbs. ART® is particularly well suited to racket injuries, which is why tennis and padel players tend to end up here after other treatment has not held.
