Originally from the Algarve, Alex's life has been shaped by sport from a young age. Inspired by his father, a national triathlon champion, Alex competed in triathlons, mountain biking, and water polo.
After studying Sports Science at university, Alex moved to Sydney in 2012 to train as a Remedial Massage Therapist, graduating top of his class. He worked alongside physiotherapists and athletes for years, developing a reputation for personalised treatments that deliver real results.
Now back in his home Algarve, Alex brings Australian-standard training and a deep understanding of the human body to every session. He is a full-body Active Release Technique (ART)® practitioner.
