Alex grew up in the Algarve competing in triathlons alongside his father, a national triathlon champion. He knows what it means to train hard, break down, and need someone who actually understands what is happening in the body. That experience is in every treatment he gives.
After his Sports Science degree, he moved to Sydney in 2012 and trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist, graduating top of his class. He spent years working alongside physiotherapists in top clinics, treating professional athletes and weekend warriors alike. He came back to Almancil because this is home.
He is one of very few therapists in Portugal qualified in full-body ART®, spine, upper limbs, and lower limbs. If you have been told your pain is something you just have to live with, he would respectfully disagree.
